Game changers: Ferrari innovation on display

“Game Changers” is the new exhibition at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and tells the story of the Maranello company through the eyes of innovation. Open to visitors from 18 February 2023 until 17 February 2024, it was created in honor of the innovative spirit that distinguishes Prancing Horse cars from the very first car: the 125 S of 1947.

In the itinerary, where it is possible to view the most revolutionary models in terms of design and technological applications, there are cars of the caliber of the 375 MM, the first one-off created on behalf of Roberto Rossellini and destined for Ingrid Bergman, and the 166 MM, the first barchetta with bodywork made of aluminium.

There is no shortage of cars famous for their technology, such as the 1976 400 Automatic, the first 2+2 granturismo that introduced automatic transmission; or the Ferrari F1-89, the first single-seater ever with an electro-hydraulic transmission.

Moving on to the stands in the Performance section, dedicated to the 1973 365 GT4 BB, the first rear-engined touring berlinetta equipped with an original 180° V12, and to the 2005 Ferrari FXX, the first special series created exclusively for the track, the The exhibition itinerary ends with the Purosangue: Ferrari’s first four-door, four-seat car. The Prancing Horse’s high-wheeled offering interprets the game changers concept in a modern key.
