Hyundai i10: it’s time for restyling

The Hyundai i10 has been revised in design and content to keep up with the times. Production is expected to start in April at the Hyundai plant in Izmit, Turkey, and the first units are expected to hit European roads in the second half of the year, according to the manufacturer.
Aesthetically, the range is enriched by two new additional colors for the bodywork called, respectively, Lumen Gray and Meta Blue. The inside of the headlamps changes and the front and rear LED light signature features a new design.
In addition, the front LED daytime running lights have been integrated into the new honeycomb-designed front grille and the 15-inch wheels feature a different design. The passenger compartment boasts blue mood lights in the front area, while the new Purple Package color package gives further character to the car through the seats in tartan fabric with purple vertical lines, which match with details of the same color in the seams and in the vents of the ventilation.
The sporty-looking versions of the Hyundai i10, those marked by the initials N Line, have a design inspired by the world of motorsport, which includes sports bumpers, dedicated finishes and personalized details in red, as well as new exclusive 16-inch alloy wheels. The on-board technology is reflected in several elements including a standard 4.2-inch LCD display in the instrument panel, USB C ports both front and rear, and the second generation eCall system based on the 4G network, plus Over The Air map updates.
Confirmed the wireless charger and the 8-inch Audio Video Navigation infotainment system with Bluelink telematics services and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
In terms of driving aids, the Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist system makes its debut with the “Cyclist” function alongside those called, respectively, “City”, “Interurban” and “Pedestrian”, which allows you to identify and avoid any obstacles. While the device that helps to stay on the lane, the Lane Following Assist (LFA), takes advantage of the steering control. Finally, Rear Occupant Alert helps ensure that no objects or people are left behind in the car.
