The local police of Verona have discovered that a scooter owned by a 28-year-old Veronese, ‘rigged’ that could reach 68 kilometers per hour in spite of the limit established by law is 20 kilometers. Following a road accident that took place in the city in recent days, between the scooter and a car, the agents of the Motorized Department ascertained that two electric motors were installed on the vehicle, each connected to a wheel.
To ascertain the speed of the vehicle, equivalent to a bicycle, the local police tested what was suspected with the help of the speed camera. Eventually the agent on the scooter reached 68 kilometers.
