Sells stolen vintage cars online, a 45-year-old reported

He was selling stolen classic cars on the internet. A 45-year-old from Reggio is accused of aggravated and continued theft after being reported by the Fabbrico carabinieri who found cars worth 50,000 euros in the man’s home in Reggiolo, in the Bassa Reggiana. According to what was reconstructed by the investigators, two brothers residing in Reggio Emilia noticed the theft of four vintage cars from their family manor house in Fabbrico, uninhabited for some time, where several padlocks had also been replaced. Subsequent investigations made it possible to trace the alleged thief, who had already sold one of the four stolen cars, on an online trading platform, deceiving buyers about the illicit origin of the vehicles.
