Summoned by the local police for judicial police investigations into a theft that occurred during the recent San Giuseppe fair in La Spezia, a 25-year-old resident of the Ligurian town showed up driving a scooter without a helmet, without a license and with the vehicle without insurance and without review. The young man was intercepted by some rather incredulous motorcyclist officers, just as he was reaching the offices of the local police force, who could not help but sanction him for all the infractions committed. The total fines imposed on him reached the figure of 8036 euros. In addition, the vehicle was confiscated. For the Local Police of La Spezia this is the sixteenth case of driving without a license since the beginning of the year, to which must be added 74 vehicles on the road without insurance coverage and 341 vehicles stopped without having carried out the periodic inspection.
