Petrol still below 1.86, diesel drops below 1.8

Reductions in the fuel network. With international quotations rising on petrol and falling on diesel yesterday, Tamoil saw a 1 cent cut on both fuels’ recommended prices. Prices charged at the pump are still slightly down, with the national average for self-service petrol falling below 1.86 euro/litre and diesel falling below 1.8 euro/litre.

In detail, based on the elaboration by Quotidiano Energia of the data communicated by the operators to the Mimit Observatory updated at 8 am yesterday 21 March, the average price of petrol in self-service mode is 1.856 euro/litre (1.857 in the previous survey), with the various brands ranging between 1.846 and 1.867 euros/litre (no logo 1.856). The average price charged for diesel self is 1.798 euro/litre (against 1.800), with average prices ranging between 1.785 and 1.807 euro/litre (no logo 1.793).

On petrol served, the average price charged is 1.997 euro/litre (1.998 the previous figure) with colored systems with prices between 1.942 and 2.070 euro/litre (no logo 1.908). The average of diesel served is 1.941 euro/litre (against 1.945), with the companies’ points of sale between 1.883 and 2.012 euro/litre (no logo 1.847).

The prices charged for LPG are between 0.796 and 0.817 euro/litre (no logo 0.793). Finally, methane shows average prices between 1.688 and 1.869 (no logo 1.741).
