Fisker Ocean Extreme, in Europe with over 700km range

The new electric SUV Fisker Ocean, after the pre-launch phase managed with a small series of vehicles built in Austria by Magna, is preparing to land in Europe (Italy is not included, however) attracting media attention with the ‘announcement of having obtained a Wltp approval for an autonomy of over 700 km.
The Fisker Ocean had already been talked about in 2022, on the occasion of its ‘outside the box’ continental presentation because it was organized at the Mobile World Congress 2022 in Barcelona, ​​the great event dedicated to mobile telephony and the digital world.
And it had above all made headlines in May 2021 – after the founder of the Californian company Henrik Fisker had met Pope Francis in an audience in the Vatican – the project to be the basis on which to create the next eco-Popemobile.
The homologation for a range of 440 miles (708 km), specifies the manufacturer, relates to the Extreme version with double engine and all-wheel drive. A model that has 410 kW (550 hp) and that can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds.
The range also includes the Ocean Sport model with single engine and front-wheel drive, 205 kW of power (275 HP) and sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.4 seconds – which should be offered in Europe starting at 43,000 euros – and the Ocean Ultra with dual motors, all-wheel drive, 400 kW (536 HP) and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds.
