Rare 1970 Lambretta and Ducati Racing auction queens in the UK

With almost 200 vintage scooters and motorcycles up for auction, the H&H Classic auction on Wednesday 29 March promises great emotions for lovers of historic two-wheelers. Announced queens of the event were two Italians: a Ducati 749R Race (valuation 19,000 pounds, 21,622 euros at the exchange rate), multi-winner in the 2006 British Supersport championship and a 1970 DL Electronic, the rarest of the fourteen Lambrettas in the catalogue. Orange colour, fully functional, restored, it shows 42,474 km on the odometer and is complete with the original Italian pre-export documents: it is offered for between 16,000 and 18,000 pounds (18,220-20,497 euros) With them, the Italian protagonists at the scheduled event at the British National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull and in which you can participate via the internet, even seven vintage Vespas, including a splendid 1970 SS90 Super Sprint (valued at 15,000-17,000 pounds).
Not only made in Italy, however, at the overseas appointment: the list of two-wheeled jewels that will be sold includes a 1922 Wooler 2 3/4 hp (24,000-28,000 pounds), a 1920 Zenith Model C Gradua, a 1937 AJS 2A (20,000-23,000 pounds), a 1916 Harley Davidson 16F (33,000-37,000 pounds) and a 1936 Indian 4, which takes the prize for the most expensive in the catalogue, with an estimate between 54,000 and 58,000 pounds.
Between more or less recent two-wheelers that can be purchased at a good price and mopeds from various eras, we should also mention a 1990 Norton F1, with a starting price of 28 thousand pounds.
