Hyundai Ioniq 5 N tested on ice and snow

Cold test passed, for Hyundai Ioniq 5 N in winter tests. The first all-electric high-performance production model of the N brand of the Korean company was subjected to the olfactory test in low temperatures at the Hyundai Mobis Proving Ground in Arjeplog, Sweden. Between icy surfaces with low grip and sub-zero temperatures reaching -30°C, Hyundai N engineers tested the new models in an extreme environment, in particular to strike the balance between the sporty character of the car and the qualities of safety and reliability in every situation.

For the Ioniq 5 N, the Hyundai N engineers have optimized the E-GMP architecture of the Ioniq 5 in a dual engine configuration to obtain high performance in all driving conditions, also drawing on the knowledge derived from Wrc competitions with the Hyundai i20 N Wrc Rally 1, in Sweden come on numerous different situations.
