Maserati, in 2025 electric version for all models

The Maserati proceeds briskly towards the electric. After the GranTurismo Folgore, on the market from July, the Grecale Folgore will arrive at the end of the year. By 2025, all models will have an all-electric version: the Mc20 Folgore, the new Quattroporte and the new Levante. From 2030 the range will be exclusively electric. The stages of the Trident’s green revolution were recalled by Luca Delfino, Maserati manager for EMEA, on the occasion of the inauguration of the new concept retail store in Venaria Reale, just outside Turin.

“The market where we sell the most is Italy, which accounts for almost 40% of sales, followed by Germany and the United Kingdom. Globally, the United States is in first place, followed by China, Italy and Japan,” said Delfino which underlined the great success on the market of the Grecale, the first SUV from the Trident.

“It is a model also appreciated by women, we have approached a new type of customer”, underlined Elisa Weltert, Maserati general manager for Southern Europe, where there is strong growth in sales in Spain.

After the opening in Turin, Maserati plans new concept retail stores in Italy during 2023 in Verona, Udine, Como, Bolzano and Treviso. The first concept retail store was inaugurated last September in the Magenta district in Milan.

The Venaria store, created in collaboration with the New York “experience design” studio Eight Inc known for having created the Apple stores, “combines tailoring and workshop”.
