The Public Prosecutor of Frosinone has concluded the investigations against a 47-year-old from Cassinate accused of defrauding the Autostrade company by avoiding payment of tolls at the Telepass barrier: the man queued up behind the vehicle in front of him and passed through as if it were a single half. It is the same technique that two months ago led to hypothesize the same crime against an elderly guest of a rest home in Fiuggi. The 47-year-old is challenged for 16 passages made between December 2020 and December 2022, thus avoiding paying a few hundred euros for the sections traveled up to the toll booths of Ceprano, Frosinone, Caianello, Capua, North Naples. The motorist was notified of the conclusion of the investigation for the crime of continued fraud.
