At 253 kilometers per hour on the motorway, at the wheel of a Lamborghini Huracan convertible: it happened on the Cremona section of the A21 and the driver’s license was suspended as well as being fined by the Cremona traffic police, in control service with the telelaser . The episode took place on 9 April at 2.41 pm on the A21 as part of the checks carried out for the European initiative to raise awareness against excess speed organized by RoadPol – European Roads Policing Network, a cooperation network between the Road Police .
“These are absolutely irresponsible conduct and also disrespectful of one’s own life and that of others”, commented the commander of the Cremona Traffic Police, Federica Deledda.
Not the only one who exceeded the limits, the driver of the Lamborghini: again on the A21, the investigators’ instruments detected dozens of infringements and, among those, many over 200 per hour.
