Audi House of Progress 2023, over 100 thousand visitors

Once again great success for Audi which, with its presence at Milan Design Week 2023 through the House of Progress in Corso Venezia 11, confirmed itself as a central element in the story of design and innovation at the Fuorisalone.
Gabriele Chiave’s installation The Domino Act at the luxury hotel Portrait recorded a noteworthy influx of visitors, reaching 101,000 visitors from 17 to 23 April.
Audi has been present at Milan Design Week since 2014 for moments of discussion and exchange capable of generating transversal knowledge and open thinking, contributing to the regeneration of iconic places.
A multi-voiced story thanks to the presence of characters who have an attitude towards the future at the center of their work: moments of exchange during which different but complementary realities are compared to try to explore the future of mobility and give answers to needs of tomorrow.
Ten years ago, alongside Interni as co-producer of the Fuorisalone, Audi launched its institutional presence during the design week with Audi City Lab, opening the doors of the first temporary hub in the heart of the Quadrilatero.
He then continued, edition after edition, to animate unique locations and in many cases open to the public for the first time. Headquarters of Audi activities, the House of Progress has inherited the Audi City Lab format since last year.
During the Design Week, the Audi vision took shape with debates and talks which, starting from the centrality of man, told how innovation and progress must move in harmony with the other assets of the brand, such as artificial intelligence, zero-emission mobility, carbon neutrality and circular economy.
Values ​​that have been interpreted by the installations of internationally renowned designers and architects. From the creation of Moritz Waldemeyer in via Montenapoleone to the opening of the Torre Velasca illuminated by the light designer Ingo Maurer, to the artistic masterpieces of Yuri Suzuki first and of Studio Mad Architects then in corso Venezia 11.
From the installation of the architect Hani Rashid ‘accompanied’ by the performance of the master Ludovico Einaudi at the Arco della Pace, up to the work United For Progress by Mario Cucinella Architects inside the Bam (Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano) and the installation curated by Marcel Wanders in via della Spiga, not to forget the House of Progress in piazza Cordusio in 2022.
Finally, with its presence at Portrait this April with Gabriele Chiave’s The Domino Act, Audi wanted to underline the firm link with Milan Design Week and with the city, a symbol of innovation and internationality.
Over the years, the Ingolstadt-based company has also created national previews for the public, enhancing that exceptional showcase represented by the Milan Design Week: from the Prologue show car to the Q2, from the anticipation of the future of mobility with AIcon Concept to the Gran Turismo RS 5, from the first Bev e-Tron and to the subsequent Q4 e-Tron and A6 Avant e-Tron concept protagonists of electric mobility.
To finish with the futuristic Grandsphere and Skysphere concept concepts, an anticipation of the Audi design of the future, with which the brand with the Four Rings has materialized its vision of progress in a communication format that synthesises technological innovation, emotion and humanistic culture.
