Expensive fuel: 25 million euros to support freight haulage companies that use ecological vehicles powered by LNG. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Matteo Salvini, announced the MIT, has signed the decree that defines the criteria and methods for the disbursement of the contribution, in the form of a tax credit. This is 25 million which will go to restore, up to a maximum of 20%, the expenses for the purchase of fuel, incurred in the period 1 February – 31 December 2022 by road haulage companies that used ecological vehicles powered by liquefied gas ( LNG).
The request to take advantage of the facilitation must be presented via the dedicated IT platform of the Customs and Monopolies Agency, online from 12:00 on 15 June 2023 until 24:00 on 6 July 2023.
