General Motors, Envolve program innovates US fleet relations

A new era begins in the relationship between General Motors and the world of professional and corporate customers.
The Envolve program was unveiled at GM’s Fleet Solutions Summit, a one-stop customer experience designed with input from customers and resellers that aims to facilitate access to all the products and services GM has to offer, including those of electromobility.
“GM Envolve will leverage the full power of GM to deliver the best solutions to customers and further strengthen the reasons we increased our fleet sales for five consecutive quarters,” said Steve Carlisle, executive vice president and president, GM North America. – Today begins the journey of GM Envolve, where we will bring our customers tailored solutions to meet their business challenges”.
The Detroit company explains that GM Envolve will prepare customers to stay ahead of change through a streamlined set of products and services tailored to the current and future needs of their business.
Through this new approach, GM expects to achieve operational efficiencies and create greater revenue opportunities from current and future customers. Customers will have access to the connected GM ecosystem through a single account executive.
This single sales touchpoint will streamline the shopping experience and function as an extension of the customer’s team, bringing fresh energy and ideas with a holistic problem-solving mindset. These account executives will be supported by a dedicated team of experts to help identify and curate a suite of innovative GM technologies and solutions for each client’s business.
