In particular, in the evening after a hard day’s work, when you really want to get to your own pillow as soon as possible, but you still have to overcome the road behind the wheel.

The main rule is to try to get a good night’s sleep before the trip. Especially if you have a long road ahead of you. In this case, 7-8 hours of quality rest is simply a prerequisite.

Plan your route so that you have the opportunity to stop and rest after every 2-3 hours of travel. Ideally, you should be able to take a 20-30 minute nap. But a simple walk in the fresh air and light exercise also invigorate well.
