Ferrari with seven 488 GTEs at the 24 Hours of Le Mans

There will be 7 Ferrari 488 GTEs that will race in the centenary edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which represents the fourth WEC race of the season.

Among the crews we find 4 official Ferrari drivers who will race at Le Mans with the 488 GTE, and respond to the names of Liliou Wadoux, Alessio Rovera, Davide Rigon and Daniel Serra. The Maranello-based cars will compete in the LMGTE Am class, and for the number 83 of the Richard Mille AF Corse team, it will be an opportunity to close the gap in the drivers’ standings where it is in second position 39 points behind the leader. In addition to Wadoux, who has already raced at Le Mans in the LMP2 class, Rovera and Companc will also be part of the crew that will have to share the wheel of the 488 GTE in question. The “red” number 57, on the other hand, will see Kimura, Huffaker and Serra lined up for the Kessell Racing team. The AF Corse team will be represented by car number 54 which will be driven by Rigon, Flohr and Castellacci, and by car number 21 by Mann, Piquet and de Pauw.

There will be 3 more Ferrari 488 GTEs, respectively, for the Kessell Racing, JMW Motorsport, and Walkenhorst Motorsport teams.
