(ANSA) – ROME, FEBRUARY 17 – The redundancy fund ceilings have increased from 2022 with the increase in prices. From January, those suspended from work thanks to the shock absorber will have 80% of the salary up to a ceiling of 1,222.51 euros gross per month equal to 1,151.12 euros net. The gross increase compared to last year is just over 22 euros per month. This is what emerges from an INPS circular which recalls how this year – as foreseen by the Budget law which introduced new rules on social safety nets – the single limit threshold is triggered for which there will be advantages compared to last year for those who returned in the lower threshold now abolished.

From this year – we read – for the treatments relating to periods of suspension or reduction of working activity starting from 1 January 2022, it is established “the exceeding of the two ceilings for salary bands through the introduction of a single ceiling – the highest – annually revalued according to the aforementioned Istat index, which does not take into account the monthly reference salary of workers “.

For the construction sector in the event of seasonal bad weather the maximum gross amount is 1,467.01 euros while the net amount is 1,381.34 euros. For the Credit Fund, the ceilings are linked to the wages of the worker and range from € 1208.83 for gross wages of less than € 2,225.74 to € 1,760.23 for wages greater than € 3,518.34. The maximum gross amount of Naspi, the unemployment benefit cannot exceed 1,360.77 euros from 2022, like that of the Discoll, the unemployment of collaborators. (HANDLE).
