I-lunch, specialist in corporate lunches, is recruiting 40 people, including 29 permanent contracts

Because the crisis has also boosted certain sectors, which in recent months have seen their activity grow exponentially and which must now rapidly strengthen their workforce. This is particularly the case with I-lunch, a startup that dematerializes corporate catering: via an ordering platform, it delivers workers directly to their office or to their homes for those who work from home. To evolve in a booming field, I-lunch, which currently employs 45 people, intends to almost double its workforce with 40 recruitments.

Because it must be said that this type of service was particularly in demand during the crisis, with the generalization of teleworking and the closure of collective catering places. “The crisis has upset the codes of corporate catering. And today, we can clearly see that companies want to create attractive spaces to bring employees back to work after a year at home”, explains to France is on the move Victoria Benhaim, founder of I-lunch. “Companies want to be supported to create spaces of conviviality, and that is exactly what we are doing with I-lunch.”

Jobs in logistics and in the sales department

The startup therefore seeks to provide 40 posts, dont 29 permanent contracts, and 11 work-study or internship positions. “We recruit absolutely in all positions, since we control the entire value chain of catering, from production to delivery, through marketing and even diving since we do zero waste”, explains again the founder. “The priority positions are in logistics, we are looking in particular for a COO (operations manager, editor’s note) in tech. We are also recruiting seven salespeople, ”adds Victoria Benhaim.

I-lunch is interested in young profiles, fresh out of school or with a first experience, for recruitments starting this summer until September.
