(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 24 FEB – Experiential training moves into the metaverse: today it was previewed at the Expo in Dubai Immersive Factory, a unique proposal in the world, by LEF, a model digital company of Confindustria Alto Adriatico and McKinsey & Company which, since 2011, has been designing learning solutions – learning by doing – to acquire fundamental skills for the competitiveness of the company. A demonstration took place today in Dubai, Italy and Germany.
Immersive Factory is a virtual laboratory where people thousands of kilometers away, connected in live streaming, converse, learn methods of optimizing business processes by interacting through virtual / augmented / mixed reality.
