As of March 4, PrivatBank operates as usual. In general, 744 branches are open in Ukraine, 5,143 ATMs with cash are available, as well as 10,350 terminals at the box office.

This was reported in the press service of PrivatBank.

From March 5 to March 8, branches will work where possible in war conditions. Opening hours will be reduced from 10:00 to 13:00.

The system of electronic payments of the National Bank on weekends will work without restrictions. PrivatBank also canceled commissions for recalculating cash from cards and accounts in branches. Since the beginning of the war, Ukrainians have transferred 1.9 billion hryvnias to support the Armed Forces and those affected by the Russian invasion.

Bank users can pay with payment cards for purchases, settlements and cash withdrawals. There are also no restrictions on paying with a bank card abroad.

In Ukraine, you can withdraw cash from an ATM with a limit of UAH 20,000 per 3 hours and UAH 100,000 per day. If you carry out such an operation at ATMs of other financial institutions, then you can withdraw a thousand hryvnias at a time and a total of 15 thousand hryvnias in 3 hours.

As explained in PrivatBank, limits are needed so that as many customers as possible can cash out.

Other changes from PrivatBank

Ukrainians can pay with bank cards in stores. More than 10 chains of supermarkets and pharmacies have supported the PrivatBank service and issue cash from the account at the checkout. At one time you can get up to 6 thousand hryvnia.
