Fuel prices have become extremely volatile in Ukraine. The government has taken many steps to stop their growth, and at the same time fuel does not become scarce.

“Today” tells what prices for gasoline were set by popular gas station chains.

Fuel prices at OKKO and WOG gas stations:

  • A-95+ – no data;
  • A-95 – UAH 33.41;
  • A-92 – UAH 33.41;
  • DT – UAH 37.04;

Price at the gas station “Ukrnafta”:

  • A-95+ – no data;
  • A-95 – UAH 33.00;
  • A-92 – UAH 32.00;
  • DT – UAH 35.00;

Price at Shell gas stations:

  • A-95+ – no data;
  • A-95 – UAH 33.41;
  • A-92 – UAH 33.31;
  • DT – UAH 37.04;

Price at UPG gas stations:

  • A-95+ – no data;
  • A-95 – UAH 33.40;
  • A-92 – UAH 33.29;
  • DT – UAH 37.00;

It can be seen that at all gas stations there is no data on the price of A-95+ gasoline, and there is also no data on the cost of gas.

This may mean that these fuels are in short supply and are not available at filling stations.

What will happen to prices in the near future?

Gennady Ryabtsev, deputy director of the Psyche Scientific and Technical Center, said in a commentary to Segodnya that starting from April, gasoline and diesel fuel will begin to rise in price again.

According to the expert, the increase in prices will occur due to logistics and will amount to approximately 2 UAH/l.

Ryabtsev said that the Cabinet of Ministers had amended the resolution on price regulation, increasing transportation costs from $27 to $50.

Segodnya also wrote that a new ban on drivers had been introduced in Ukraine, and they were told whether a fuel shortage awaited the country.
