Terna: revenues expected to increase to 3.08 billion in 2025

Terna approved the update of the 2021-2025 Driving Energy Business Plan, forecasting an increase in revenues to 3.08 billion euros in 2025 and Ebitda at 2.14 billion euros, with an average annual growth over the period of the over 4% for revenues and over 3% for Ebitda.
In 2022, in particular, revenues are expected to grow to € 2.74 billion and Ebitda to € 1.9 billion. Net earnings per share (EPS) will amount to 39 euro cents in 2022 and 45 euro cents in 2025, “net of the ongoing valuation of international activities”. Investments are also accelerating, rising to 10 billion euros by 2025, focusing on ecological transition, energy independence and decarbonisation. As regards regulated activities in Italy, the Group expects to invest a total of 9.5 billion to develop, modernize and strengthen the national electricity transmission grid. Specifically, 5.6 billion euros are allocated for the development of the network; 2.6 billion euro for asset renewal and efficiency; 1.3 billion are instead allocated to the Security Plan, to strengthen and enhance the technical and technological functions of the electricity system. 1.2 billion go to innovation and digitization.
