Based on the processing of Quotidiano Energia of the latest data available from the Mise Price Observatory, the average prices charged on 24 March are reduced compared to the previous day by 5 cents / liter on petrol and diesel self-service and by 7 cents / liter on served two products.

By comparing the average prices charged on March 24 with those of March 22, when the new excise duties were triggered, the prices at the pump are 29 cents / liter lower on petrol and diesel self-service and by about 28 cents / liter for gasoline and diesel. diesel served. Net of possible delays in communicating data to the Price Observatory, the tax relief decided by the Government (30.5 cents between excise duties and VAT) is therefore almost fully implemented.

More specifically, the processing of the latest available data, updated at 8 am yesterday morning, shows that the national average price of petrol in self mode drops to 1.831 euros / liter (1.881 the previous figure), with the different brands ranging between 1,799 and 1,857 euros / liter (no logo 1,844). The average price of self diesel drops to 1,812 euros / liter (against 1,862) with companies positioned between 1,789 and 1,837 euros / liter (no logo 1,835).

As for the service, for petrol the average price charged goes to 1.977 euros / liter (2.047 the previous value) with colored systems showing average prices between 1.895 and 2.035 euros / liter (no logo 1.901). The average amount of diesel served is 1.963 euros / liter (against 2.032) with the sales points of the companies with average prices between 1.886 and 2.012 euros / liter (no logo 1.891).

The prices of LPG are also decreasing, again due to the cut in excise duties, ranging from 0.840 to 0.870 euro / liter (no logo 0.859). Finally, the average price of auto methane is slightly down and is positioned between 2.029 and 2.358 (no logo 2.119).
