The conversion law also established the extinction of any enforcement procedures initiated following the partial or delayed payment, by 9 December 2021, of the installments due in the years 2020 and 2021.

The Agency then explains how and where to pay. The payment slips already sent by the Revenue Agency-Collection and referring to the original deadlines of the installments of each year must be used, which can also be requested on the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it. It is possible to pay at your bank, at ATMs enabled for Cbill payment services, with your internet banking, at post offices, tobacconists belonging to Banca 5 SpA and through the Sisal and Lottomatica circuits, on the portal www. Agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it and with the Equiclick App through the PagoPa platform. You can also pay directly at the counters but only by appointment to be booked on the website in the “Find the counter and book” section. Finally, it is possible to make the payment by offsetting with non-prescribed, certain, liquid and collectible trade receivables (so-called certified receivables) accrued for administration, supplies, contracts and services to the Public Administration.

In fourth place is Puglia with 39,565 taxpayers, then there are Tuscany (38,542), Sicily (35,793), Emilia Romagna (29,837), Calabria (29,261), Piedmont (28,459), Veneto (27,908), Sardinia (21,883) , Liguria (14,200), Marche (13,987), Abruzzo (13,951), Umbria (10,306), Friuli Venezia Giulia (6,849), Basilicata (6,550), Trentino Alto-Adige (3,391), Molise (3,046) and finally Valle D ‘Aosta with 1,047 taxpayers. Among the cities, Rome is in the lead with 56,236 taxpayers interested in the new opportunity for readmission to the facilitated definition, followed by Naples (33,337), Milan (30,050), Turin (15,757) and Salerno (14,080).
