In March, prices for liquefied gas at filling stations began to change rapidly in Ukraine. Recently, not the most popular type of fuel compared to “diesel” and gasoline has risen in price.

As early as March 23, A-95 Consulting Group reported that autogas prices increased at all gas stations by UAH 1-2 per liter and amounted to 22.3-22.38 hryvnia per liter.

However, as of today, March 29, autogas prices have continued to rise and have broken a new record.

What happens at gas stations?

Let’s start with the fact that not all gas stations began to sell gas, which may indicate a shortage of this type of fuel.

At other gas stations, prices have exceeded 24 and even for 25 UAH. At available gas stations, the price of autogas is as follows:

Fuel prices in Poland

But in neighboring Poland, which many Ukrainians chose as a refuge during the war, Circle K sells autogas prices at a stable price. Here they ask for a liter of LPG PLN 3.59 (UAH 24.66).

It is most profitable to buy gasoline at BP gas stations, where a liter of A-95 costs only PLN 6.26 (UAH 43), – for Poland, this is a normal price.

At other gas stations, this type of fuel costs PLN 6.5-6.6 (UAH 44.65-45.34), and the most expensive offer is UAH 46.3.

“Diesel” in Poland is also not cheap, and the best offer at a BP gas station is for PLN 6.96 (UAH 47.81) per liter, and at other gas stations the cost starts from PLN 7.32 (UAH 50.28).

The Segodnya website also wrote that diesel fuel would be brought to Ukraine from the United States, and explained why drivers are being fined on Polish roads.
