“Diya” returned a popular service – what can now be done on the portal

Since the beginning of hostilities in Ukraine, “Diya” has changed the rules of use and closed some services for security reasons. Now these services are gradually becoming available to users. Now Ukrainians can again make changes or close the sole proprietorship through the Diya portal.

This was reported in the press service of the portal.

“We will return services for making changes about sole proprietorship and closing a business on the Action portal. Previously, they were unavailable due to the shutdown of electronic state registries. Now the registries are safe and working again,” the message says.

How to use business services

To, for example, make changes about FLP, you need

  • go to the portal “Diya”;
  • log in with an electronic signature or BankID;
  • fill out an online form;
  • check the data and sign the application with the CEP (qualified electronic signature).

The application will be processed within a day. The results will be sent to the user to the email specified during registration on the portal.

But to close the FLP, you need to take the following steps on the portal:

  • log in and go to the “Closing FLP” section;
  • click the “Order in 2 minutes” button;
  • “Дія” will pull up the necessary data, after which it should be checked and signed with an e-signature.

The application will also be processed within a day, and the results can be viewed in the personal user account on the portal.

How to apply for compensation for damaged property in “Dії”

Previously, “Today” wrote that Any Ukrainian can apply through the application if it is damaged or destroyed:

  • private house (manor, country or garden);
  • flat;
  • other residential premises (for which a separate ownership right is registered, and not as part of the house).

And to apply, you need:

  • go to “Diyu”, click “Services”, and then “Poshkodzhene mineno”;
  • fill out the form with all the required information.

We also said that the loss of housing will be compensated not only with money, but also about what material assistance military families receive during the war.
