Novaya Poshta closes all branches in one of the regions from April 9

During the war in Ukraine, not all post offices can work. It has to do with the security situation. Branches of “Nova Poshta” are gradually opening in different cities, where possible. However, from April 9, all branches in the Donetsk region will be closed.

This was reported in the press service of the company.

What to do with parcels

All branches”Nova Poshta” in the Donetsk region are temporarily closed.

You can receive parcels and cargo that are already in these offices on Friday, April 8th. However, the company recommends doing this as early as possible, because the branches work on a reduced schedule.

Also, these parcels and cargo can be redirected to any working branch or post office in other areas. This can be done through the mobile application of “Nova Poshta” or through tracking on the site.

“Nova Poshta” returned courier delivery

At the end of March, the company announced that it was returning a service popular among Ukrainians – courier delivery and parcel pickup.

It is noted that the time limit for calling a courier differs depending on the locality – one hour less than in the office.

The rate remains the same: plus 30 UAH to the tariff for the delivery of the parcel to the branch. And couriers work every day, seven days a week.
