Hybrid work: Cisco pilot test in Venice

The initiative was presented in the renovated Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco.

The US IT multinational has hired a team of 16 internal employees from southern Europe – Spain, France and Greece – transplanting them to Venice for three months, to put the project into practice and understand how people, work groups and companies can interact and create connections with the community. The experience of the team, which will collaborate with associations committed to climate change, economic growth and circularity, will be crucial in understanding how to create new models of ‘digital citizenship’. Cisco’s human resources are involved in collecting the results of the experience, which will be analyzed at the end of the three-month stay in the lagoon.
