The total costs of small and medium-sized businesses, calculated by researchers, reach $85 billion (as of the end of March 2022), a third of their employees were fired, and another third were forced to go on vacation.

The Advanter Group informs about this in its study.

So, the owners of micro-businesses (where up to 10 people in the state) reduced their employees by almost half (42%), by 24% of small businesses and by 18% of medium-sized ones. Wage cuts have also become a mass phenomenon (affecting 42% of people who have kept their jobs).

At the same time, they completely stopped working. 21.6% of enterprises. More 34.3% – almost.

What specialists are lacking now?

Most often, after the start of the war, they are looking for drivers, masons (leading in salaries – 35 thousand UAH), as well as:

  • loaders;
  • guards;
  • couriers;
  • nannies;
  • seamstresses.
