(ANSA) – TRIESTE, APRIL 15 – Il Polo del Gusto, a sub-holding of the Illy Group, formalized the acquisition of 85% of the company Pintaudi, a brand specialized in baked goods – biscuits, during the Board of Directors on April 13 and rusks in particular – joined the Polo del Gusto in November 2021. Giuseppe Pintaudi, founder of the homonymous company, remains as a minority shareholder.
Thanks to its craftsmanship, Pintaudi has won the Great Taste Award – one of the most coveted awards worldwide, which every year sees the participation of thousands of brands from all over the world – for two consecutive years, 2020 and 2021, respectively. for the Wholemeal Rusks (2020) and for the Hazelnut and Fine Cocoa Biscuits (2021).
