The United States issued coins with the image of Zelensky – who can buy them

The United States issued commemorative coins on the occasion of the address of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to the US Congress on March 7, 2022. On one side of the coin is written: “Leader of the world. Leader of the world.”

This coin is worth 100 dollars, and all 100% of the proceeds from the sale will go to the American Red Cross for Ukraine’s relief effort. Its circulation is limited – 2500 pieces. The coin has a Certificate of Authenticity and comes in a velvet gift case with a two-piece outer box with a gold presidential seal. Pre-order is available until June 15th.

In an impassioned Churchill-style speech via Zoom from his office in Kyiv, President Zelenskiy drew admiration from lawmakers on both sides for doing the most to protect his country and people from Russia’s brutal aggression. It was a remarkably direct call to action from a wartime leader that proves that helping Ukraine is a moral imperative for a country that positions itself as a beacon of freedom and democracy for the world.

Czech Republic issued a banknote “Glory to Ukraine”

The Czech Republic expressed its support for Ukraine by issuing a collectible banknote called Sláva Ukraině (Glory to Ukraine). All funds received for its implementation will be used to help our state.

The obverse of the banknote depicts the Independence Monument, located in the very center of Kyiv, on the reverse – St. Sophia Cathedral, over which blue-yellow flags fly and Ukraine is highlighted on the map of Europe.

You can buy a banknote on the website for 1,500 kroons (approximately 1,980 hryvnias). The novelty will be delivered to the buyer in a special high-quality packaging.

Recall that in Ukraine it is planned to introduce an unconditional income. Ukrainians will receive the monthly amount for a “long time”.

Earlier we said that in the next two or three years the frozen assets of Russia could be used to pay compensation to Ukraine for the damage caused by the aggressor’s invasion of our lands.
