Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes and move to other regions because of the war can apply for the status of an internally displaced person.
According to the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov, this service is now available on the website and in the Diya application.
IDP status will allow citizens to receive payments from the state for themselves and their children.
Support for Ukrainians
Monthly officially registered migrants will be paid 2000 UAH. For each child will be charged more 3000 UAH support.
The money will be transferred to the “Yepidtrimka” card. They can be withdrawn from the account, spent on online purchases or paid in the store.
The complex service can only be used by migrants who located in Ukraine and have not yet obtained IDP status. Subsequently, they plan to expand the program to all people who fled the war.

Making payments
Before receiving payments from the state, migrants must register their status online in “Diy” or through TsNAP. On the Internet, the service can be used by Ukrainians who have an ID-card or a biometric passport.
Can be registered migrants from such areas: Volyn, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporozhye, Kyiv and Kyiv, Luhansk, Nikolaev, Odessa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv.
