While Russian troops are stealing in Ukraine, no one needs karbovanets, antiquarian dollars are actively sold on the Ukrainian market.

The editors of Segodnya have prepared a selection of current offers that are now posted on a popular site with ads.

Victor from Kyiv sells 2 dollar bills 200 UAH per piece. The peculiarity of such banknotes is that such banknotes were not produced from 1966 to 1976, and after the resumption of production, the banknotes became more of an object for collecting than running money. Since 1996, they are still issuing banknotes according to a new model, the author of the ad offers options from 2003 and later. Interestingly, there are quite a lot of such posts on the network, on average, people sell 1-dollar and 2-dollar bills for 100-300 UAH.

Antique coins are not the only thing that is actively sold on ad sites. Owners actively respond to current trends. For example, given the excitement around the stamp dedicated to the sinking of the cruiser “Moskva” and the legendary phrase, they began to resell it.

The cost of a stamp for use in Ukraine is 23 hryvnia, and for sending abroad – 1.5 dollars (44.22 hryvnia). However, enterprising Ukrainians began to sell them for 240-250 UAH, in some places the price even reached 1000 UAH. Some stuck a stamp on a thematic envelope and sold it for 100 UAH. In this regard, Ukrposhta introduced restrictions on the sale of stamps.

In addition, Vasilkovskaya ceramics began to be in demand. We are talking about figurines in the form of a cockerel, which became popular after a photo from Borodyanka, where, after a rocket hit the house, a kitchen cabinet and a figurine on it survived. Prices vary, the minimum cost of goods is 350 UAH, but there are offers for 2500 – 8000 UAH, sometimes they ask for 30,000 UAH for majolica.

Earlier we wrote that Ukrposhta will issue another series of stamps dedicated to the phrase “Russian warship, go …”, only now they will have the stamp “Done”, given that the cruiser went to its destination. A charity auction was recently held, where the same postage stamp was bought for unrealistic money – all of them will go to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
