Real estate sales: Ukrainians have access to an important database

The Ukrainians have returned an important tool regarding real estate valuation. The State Property Fund of Ukraine has resumed the operation of the Unified Valuation Reports Database.

This was reported in the press service of the State Property Fund.

“Thanks to the resumption of access to the Unified Valuation Report Database, citizens will be able to determine the value of real estate for paying taxes on real estate purchase / sale transactions, which will be resumed after the opening of the State Register of real rights to real estate,” the message says.

Previously, access to this database was closed due to the shutdown of the State Register of Rights to Real Estate. Access to these bases has been closed since the beginning of martial law in order to protect citizens’ data. Therefore, while neither buying property nor selling it is impossible.
