(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 03 – Perky start of the session for Piazza Affari, which is trying to recover from yesterday’s bad session. The Ftse Mib rose by 0.98% with Ferrari (+ 1.9%), Prysmian (+ 2.2%) and Stm (+ 2.2%) leading the rises. Stellantis also did well (+ 1.5%) after the announcement of the acquisition of the Share Now care sharing and despite the collapse of registrations in April in Italy. In the automotive sector, Iveco also did well (+ 1.3%), in light of Fineco (+ 1.3%) in insurance savings, purchases on insurance with Unipol (+ 1.5%) and Generali (+ 1.2%). The purchases on Mediobanca continue (+ 1.5%) after the victory over Caltagirone for the board of directors of Leone but the whole banking sector is doing well – expected this week at the test of the accounts – with Banco Bpm (+ 1.9%), Intesa (+ 1.3%) and Bper (+ 1.2%). Faint utilities and energy securities due to the 25% increase in the tax on extra-profits, with Eni selling 0.1%, Italgas 0.2%, Terna 0.3% while A2A fractional increases (+ 0.2%), Hera (+ 0.3%) and Enel (+ 0.3%).
