(ANSA) – MILAN, 03 MAY – The world of online commerce is growing strongly, in the world and in Italy, with e-commerce growing by 21% in B2C purchases in 2021 compared to 2020, according to the latest data presented at the Netcomm Forum 2022 in Milan. At the same time, 2020 has seen significant growth in online donations, with estimates pointing to a 28.4% increase. And in this reality a few months ago TrustMeUp was born, a web platform that combines these two worlds.

During the Netcomm Forum 2022, Trust Me Up presented its new Business2Donors model, a concept that allows the consumer to secure a product / service and at the same time donate at “zero cost”. B2D allows you to buy products and donate in two ways, on the one hand with the “Donate-Receive-Buy” which provides for each donation a reward of 100% in digital discounts at the shops in your shopping arcade; while the second, defined as “DonaComprando”, means that a percentage of the purchase value, chosen by e-commerce, is transformed into a donation for a non-profit association chosen by the consumer.

“The data show how digital consumers on the one hand and digital donors on the other are both growing a lot, even in a difficult historical period like today, where offline activities are suffering, both in terms of commerce and social issues. Thus was born Business2Donors, a model that unites two souls of the same digital user, that of the donor and that of the consumer.

Usually online a person either makes a donation or makes an acquisition, today they become a single soul, that of the digital consumer / donor “in the words of Angelo Fasola, CEO of Trust Me Up Italia. (ANSA).
