(ANSA) – MILAN, 05 MAY – Tim has among his objectives that of not disappointing the market anymore and respecting the guidance. After the accounts of the first quarter, CEO Pietro Labriola reiterates this and a boost could come with the operation of separation of the Network and services. The discussions between Tim and CDP on the hypothesis of integration continue with Kkr and Macquarie who have been invited to the table. “There has been some delay but no friction – specifies Labriola in conference call with journalists – I see no problems, we try to close as quickly as possible, in a few days”.
The plan, however, “is not a financial make-up”. The manager presses it and reiterates “we are proceeding in that direction because also industrially there can be improvements”.
