Stock Exchange: Milan continues to decline, banks and energy weigh

(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 09 – The Milan stock exchange (-1.2%) continues to decline, in line with other European lists. In Piazza Affari, Amplifon (-4.2%) and Pirelli (-3%) slide. The spread between BTP and Bund drops to 204 points, with the Italian ten-year yield at 3.18%.
Session in sharp decline for the car sector with Iveco (-2.9%), Cnh (-1.8%) and Stellantis (-1.5%). Also bad was Tim (-2.5%) and Diasorin (-3.2%). Negative performance for banks with Banco Bpm (-2.4%), Intesa (-1.5%), Mps (-1%), Unicredit (-0.8%) and Bper (-0.4%), the latter on the day of the accounts of the first quarter.
In no particular order, energy with the price of oil continuing above 100 dollars a barrel. Tenaris rose (+ 1.3%) while Saipem (-1%) and Eni (-0.6%) were down.
Counter the utilities with falling gas. Positive Italgas (+ 1.4%), Hera and A2a (+ 0.2%) down Erg (-1.5%), Enel (-2%) and Iren (-0.7%).
In light Leonardo (+ 2%). Cellularline runs (+ 18%) at 4.14 euros, below the price of any takeover bid by Esprinet (+ 1.3%). (HANDLE).
