(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 11 – Eni’s shareholders’ meeting approved the 2021 financial statements closed with a profit of 7.674 billion.
This was announced by the company at the end of the meeting which also approved the payment of the balance of the dividend of € 0.43 per share which will be outstanding at the ex-dividend date, excluding treasury shares in portfolio at that date.
The payment will be made on May 25, 2022, with ex-dividend date on May 23, 2022 and “record date” on May 24, 2022. With the 2021 dividend of € 0.86 per share, to the public shareholder who has 30.33% , totaling 940.6 million euros.
