The editors of “Segodnya” monitored the site of the LUN real estate search service and offers to find out what prices are for apartments in new buildings in the Transcarpathian region.

How much does it cost to buy an apartment in Uzhgorod?

Residential complexes of 6 houses with 9 floors each are being built on Legotskogo Street in Uzhgorod. Some of the facilities are planned to be completed by the end of 2022, the rest should appear during 2023 and 2024. In total, the residential complex should have 486 apartments: one-room apartments up to 40 sq. m – from 719 thousand UAH, and two-room apartments up to 64 sq. m – from UAH 1.17 million.

A three-section comfort-class house is being built on Gagarin Street. It will have 9 floors and 223 apartments. It is planned to put it into operation in the third quarter of 2024, but housing is already on sale. Prices for one-room apartments up to 46 sq. m start from UAH 1.14 million, for two-room apartments up to 80 sq. m – from UAH 2.34 million, and for three-room apartments up to 94 sq. m – from UAH 3.27 million.
