Stock Exchange: Milan continues to decline, banks weigh on

(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 16 – The Milan Stock Exchange (-0.55%) continues to decline, in line with the other European lists. In Piazza Affari the banks are weighing while the spread between BTP and Bund rises to 194 basis points, with the Italian ten-year yield at 2.9%.

At the bottom of the main Pirelli price list (-2.2%). Also bad was Tim (-1.4%) and Prysmian (-1.1%). Among the banks, Banco Bpm (-1.6%), Bper (-1.5%), Intesa (-1%) are down, while Unicredit is bucking the trend (+ 0.1%). Sitting in red also for cars with Stellantis (-0.6%), Ferrari (-1%), Cnh (-0.5%), Iveco flat (+ 0.05%).
