Not everyone will get the “Russian ship”: where and how many stamps of “Ukrposhta” can be bought

Ukrposhta launched a new military stamp “Russian Warship…All” on May 23 – the Day of the Marine Corps of Ukraine, and also on the 40th day after the sinking of the Russian military cruiser Moskva.

You can buy it at Ukrposhta branches from 14:00. About the restrictions on the sale told the press service of the company.

How to buy a new brand

“Ukrposhta” as a whole has prepared 5 million copies of the stamp, 1 million will be put on sale in the first week. They will be sent to more than 1,500 branches, and will be sold not only in large cities, but also in regional centers. There are also several denominations:

• F for shipments within Ukraine;
• and W for international shipments.

The cost of a sheet (3 stamps and 3 coupons) will be 69 UAH and $4.5 according.

The following limits apply to the purchase of a stamp: 2 blocks of 3 stamps of any denomination for one buyer.

“Each of you will be able to buy no more than 2 sheets and 5 envelopes and postcards in any city branch or district center: from the capital to Kalush”, the company said in a statement.

Also on May 23, on the day of the start of sales, a special redemption ceremony was held, so customers can put a first day stamp at the main post offices of their cities.

“In the main post office of Kyiv, we extended the hours, so the stamp will be available from 15:00 to 20:00. Other main post offices of the country work according to the usual work schedule,” – noted in “Ukrposhta”.

From May 24, the brand will be available to Ukrainians in several online stores.

At the same time, a huge queue has already lined up in Kyiv in the first hours.

What will be the new military stamp from “Ukrposhta”

Earlier, we said that Ukrainians voted for a new military stamp in Diy and on the mail website. Out of almost 650 thousand people, 229,783 people voted for the version of “Good evening, we are from Ukraine.”

In addition to this option, Ukrainians cast their votes like this:

• 182,236 votes – “Dog Patron”;
• 88 035 – “Putin, Moscow fell, The Hague checks”;
• 79 476 – “Glory to the Heroes”;
• 68 104 – “Oh, there is red viburnum near the puddle.”

In “Дії” they note that it will be announced soon new stamp design vote “Good evening, mi from Ukraine.”

Earlier it became known that a stamp with the image of Vladimir Putin will be printed in Ukraine. The illustration for it will be chosen by Ukrainians through online voting.
