(ANSA) – MILAN, 25 MAY – Eight billion euros in favor of over 18,000 companies and about 300 public bodies in Lombardy, 1.5 billion euros in renegotiated mortgages and consultancy activities on NRP funds for projects dedicated to the city and to the region. These are some of the numbers of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti’s activity in Lombardy in the three-year period 2019-2021, presented on the occasion of the opening of the Brescia office, the second in the Region after that of Milan.

The Cassa has allocated over 1 billion euros to the public administration for investments, mainly in mobility, culture and education, a sector that has seen a loan of over 200 million to the Lombardy Region, with funding from the EIB, for interventions of school building. For Lombard companies, Cdp has committed over 4.8 billion euros, of which 2.9 for direct financing in favor of 132 companies, part of which dedicated to strategic sectors such as agriculture, pharmaceuticals and hi-tech.
