Ukrainians who stay from 90 to 183 days in the EU (in each country differently) are required to pay taxes on all their income in their country of residence, since it is after that that they become tax residents.

The lawyer wrote about this in his column on HB Konstantin Solar.

So, according to him, Ukrainians must pay to the treasury of the state in which they live if they have a source of income, that is, they continued to work remotely, provide any other services or rent out real estate.

Can you avoid taxation?

As Konstantin Solyar wrote, Ukraine has agreements with all EU countries that allow avoid double taxation. However, if a Ukrainian has connections with the new state (rented property, sent his children to school, found a job), then he will probably be forced to pay taxes where he is.
