(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 26 – Industry turnover grew in March net of seasonal factors by 2.4% in economic terms, recording a positive trend on both markets (+ 2.6% in the domestic market and +1 , 8% the foreign one).
Istat notes this, underlining that total turnover has increased in trend terms (data corrected for the effects of the calendar) by 21.4%. The level of industry turnover, net of seasonal factors, reaches its maximum value since the beginning of the historical series (January 2000) thanks to the increase in prices. Net of the change in prices, the turnover volume indicator for March, relating to the manufacturing sector only, shows a decrease of 0.1% on the month and an increase of 6.1% on the year. (HANDLE).
