In early May, “Diya” opened a center in Warsaw, where Ukrainians can consult on obtaining a certain status in Poland, living there and starting a business. Now this service is expanding.

Specialists of the “Diya.Business” centers will provide telephone consultations to Ukrainians in 7 European countries on various issues. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

What is available and how to use the service

As noted in the department, internally displaced persons often do not know where to get the necessary information about the rules and procedures for registering their own stay, registering a business, finding employment and receiving assistance. Therefore, “Diya.Business” opened a virtual center for telephone consultations.

Calling the hotline Ukrainians can get advice on the following issues:

  • best practices and EU rules for starting and supporting a business (taxes, simplified business registration, business support resources);
  • employment, training and retraining, search for employees;
  • search for housing, office, kindergarten, school;
  • the legal status of persons who are in EU countries;
  • payments and information on the provision of support to internally displaced persons in the EU countries;
  • specialized contacts of volunteers, organizations, foundations.

Hotline “Diya.Business” works from 08:00 to 20:00 (Kyiv time). You can call the following numbers:

  • from Ukraine – 080 033 31 83;
  • from the EU countries +48 22266 2275 (calls are charged in accordance with the tariff conditions of the operator).

“Now, during the pilot project, specialists from the Diya.Business centers will advise Ukrainians in Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Germany. Requests from other EU countries will be prepared individually. The Center will also provide appropriate advice to internally displaced persons in Ukraine”, – noted in the Ministry of Digital Development.
