Stock market: Moscow turns down (-1%), the ruble continues to rise

(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 30 – The Moscow Stock Exchange has gone down. The Moex index lost 1% to 2,383 points. The ruble continues to rise, with the exchange rate at 62.95 rubles for one dollar, compared to 67.6 on Friday, and at 67.78 rubles for one euro, compared to 72.4 on Friday.

Among the securities, the big banks go in no particular order, with Sberbank (+ 0.2%) holding, but not Vtb Bank (-1.5%). In the energy sector, only Gazprom (+ 1.4%) did well, in red Novatek (-2.1%), Rosneft (-2.2%) and Lukoil (-2.5%). Poor in the extractive Polymetal (-2.7%) and Polyus (-2.3%), the largest gold producer in the Federation, worse in the steel industry Severstal (-3.5%).

Thump for Yandex (-2.1%) the largest search engine in Russia. Earn something among Aeroflot airlines (+ 0.8%). (HANDLE).
