Finance: Monforte Capital closes funding, aims at SMEs

(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 03 – Monforte Capital Partners, Search Fund under Italian law promoted by Simone Botti and Marco Polato and supported by a group of investors, entrepreneurs, managers, announces that it has finalized the raising of capital to finance the search for an SME to be actively acquired and managed in the long term. It can be read in a note according to which, to date, it is the largest Search Fund in Italy, by collection (600,000 euros).

Monforte Capital Partners aims to acquire a company that has a turnover of between 5 and 40 million euros with high margins, with recurring and growing revenues, with solid cash flows and active in B2B.

Founded in 1984 in Stanford and present in Italy since 2017, the Search Fund is an investment vehicle through which the Promoters actively identify, acquire and personally manage the target company, with the aim of making it grow in the medium -long period.

Investors of Monforte Capital Partners include Italian and foreign entrepreneurs, family offices, foreign funds such as Vonzeo Capital, Istria Capital, Alza Capital, JB46, and Italians such as Search Fund Club, as well as serial investors such as Simon Webster, Juerge, entrepreneurs and HWNI both Italians and foreigners.
