The Superbonus race does not stop, 33 billion ‘booked’ in May

(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 08 – The Superbonus race does not stop. At the end of May, the total investments admitted to the 110% deduction amounted to 30.6 billion euros (from 27.4 billion in April), with deductions to be paid by the State at the end of the works for 33.7 billion euros (with an increase of about 10% compared to the 30 billion of the previous month). This is what can be seen from the updated tables of Enea compared with those of the previous month. The number of certifications reached in May was 172,450, against 155,543 in April.

With 70% of the works completed, the total investments for completed works admitted to deduction amounted to 21.5 billion euros as of May 30 and the deductions accrued for the completed works amounted to 23.6 billion.

In condominiums, the number of certified declarations reached is equal to 26,663 with total investments of almost 15 billion euros and an average investment of about 562 thousand euros. For single-family buildings, declarations are instead 91,444, for over 10 billion investments and with an average investment of 113 thousand euros. Finally, for the functionally independent real estate units, Enea counts 54,338 sworn translations, total investments of 5.3 billion and an average investment of almost 98 thousand euros. (HANDLE).
